Impactful Collective helps organizations understand social issues, hear from the people affected, and make informed decisions. We design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including focus groups, interviews, and surveys. Our work spans data analysis, literature reviews, policy analysis, and report writing. Equity and intersectionality inform our approach, with attention to how social position, institutional practices, and structural inequalities shape people’s experiences and the issues under study.

Research expertise grounded in social realities
We are consultants with doctoral and master’s training whose work spans social research, policy analysis, and government programs and services. Our expertise combines qualitative and quantitative methods with substantive knowledge of migration, mental health, labour market trends and discrimination, higher education, housing policy, race and racism, gender-based violence, and equity, diversity and inclusion. We study these issues in relation to the institutions, policies, and social conditions that shape them, bringing both methodological precision and depth of interpretation to our work.
